At TLC, we're committed to offering you the best value. We want you to know that we don't include the cost of shipping in our product prices. This means that when you order more than one item, you're not paying extra shipping costs for each product. Instead, you benefit from our flat $10 shipping fee, which remains the same no matter how many items you order. This cost-effective approach lets you enjoy significant savings when ordering multiple items, making your shopping experience even more budget-friendly.

- We Ship from Toronto, Montreal and Calgary. Most orders within Toronto/Montreal are delivered within 1-2 Days. Orders to Calgary/Vancouver within are delivered within 2-4 business days. Depending on product availability at our Calgary office.
- Most orders within Canada are delivered within 1-5 business days.
- Orders placed before 4:30 EST are shipped the same day
- We use Fedex, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post as our shipping carrier
- Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.
- Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped. For assistance with your order, or a Return Authorization, please contact our Customer Service for more information.
- Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable
Some Remote Locations* are excluded from the flat $7.95 Shipping Rate.
Additional charges may apply for certain items that are delivered to remote locations.
