Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Flat $8 Shipping on all Orders
- We Ship from Toronto, Montreal and Calgary. Most orders within Toronto/Montreal are delivered within 1-2 Days. Orders to Calgary/Vancouver within are delivered within 2-5 business days. Depending on product availability at our Calgary office.
- Most orders within Canada are delivered within 1-5 business days.
- Orders placed before 4:30 EST are shipped the same day
- We use Fedex, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post as our shipping carrier
- Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.
- Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped. For assistance with your order, or a Return Authorization, please contact our Customer Service for more information.
- Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable
Some Remote Locations* are excluded from the flat $8 Shipping Rate or Free Shipping.
Additional charges may apply for certain items that are delivered to remote locations.
