However, Toner Laser Cartridge LLC. will handle returns and replacements of defective products on behalf of the manufacturer. On these items you are therefore encouraged to contact Toner Laser Cartridge LLC. directly by email at info@tonerlasercartridge.ca.

TLC attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Tonerlasercartridge.ca offers a 30 day return policy on all merchandise based on the following conditions:

If a customer receives damaged box upon delivery, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify Tonerlasercartridge.ca immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify tonerlasercartridgeonline.com Customer Service at info@tonerlasercartridgeonline.com of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for tonerlasercartridgeonline.com to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product. DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS!

If you have received defective merchandise you must contact tonerlasercartridge.ca within 30 days for Return/Exchange. After an RMA is issued, we then email or mail you a call tag (Pre-Paid Shipping Label). All defective merchandise will be inspected once returned to our warehouse. We can then issue you a full credit, store credit, or replacement to be redelivered. Please Note: A credit will only be issued once the defective cartridge has been returned back to us. If a customer decides to have a replacement sent, payment must be made for the replacement toner or drum cartridge prior to shipment.

If you have non-defective and unopened merchandise within 90 days of original purchase date, we will issue you an RMA # and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.

Tonerlasercartridge.ca will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification by on of our staff members. To receive an RMA # email us at info@tonerlasercartridge.ca

Toner Laser Cartridge shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Toner Laser Cartridge LLC. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Toner Laser Cartridge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Toner Laser Cartridge LLC. reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed, shipped and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and/or order shipped (upon receipt of return) Toner Laser Cartridgeshall issue a full refund to your credit card.
